Sectors ?Where the network's commercial gravity sits. Classified from each connection's company and title.
Seniority ?Decision-making altitude. VP+ can typically sponsor an engagement; ICs are validators and referrers.
Employer concentration ?Companies with 3+ connections. High concentration means the network's reach depends on a few employers.
Connections added per year ?From each connection's LinkedIn 'Connected On' date. Pre-2022 relationships usually need a reconnection step before any commercial ask.

▤ Leads
The master table. Search, filter, sort, add, edit, and export every lead. Click any row (or ✎ Edit) to open its full profile.
▦ Pipeline board
Leads as draggable cards, one per column, starting in New. Setting a lead's engagement moves it to the Engagement stage; from there drag it on through Contacted → Won / Lost. Every card is coloured by status (New = orange) and carries a Passive / Active / Relationship badge. Hover a card for its status.
◔ Calendar
Every lead with a Next action date, grouped Overdue / This week / Next week / Later, with meeting counts.
◎ Network intelligence
Your combined LinkedIn networks segmented into the 8 outreach groups, with live KPIs, charts, and the message that lands for each.
↑ Import connections
Upload a LinkedIn Connections.csv as outbound leads for one owner. Duplicates (same profile URL or email) are skipped.
◐ Team
Add / deactivate teammates and set admin vs member. Access requires an @pulsestratleadership.com email.
≡ Change log
A live audit trail of every change — leads created, edited, moved, reassigned, tagged, and noted, plus team and import events. Filter by person or change type; click a lead to open it.
Add a lead
+ Add lead (top right). Company or name is required; everything else is optional and editable later.
Edit a lead
Click the row or ✎ Edit → change any field in the drawer → Save changes. Delete removes it permanently.
Start / assign a campaign
Type a campaign name in a lead's Campaign field, or filter a set of leads and use ⛭ Assign campaign to tag them all at once. New names appear in the campaign filter automatically.
Split leads across the team
Filter a set, then ◐ Assign owner to hand them to Michelle, Chris, or Doron in bulk.
Schedule a follow-up / meeting
Set a lead's Next action date and mark status Meeting — it shows on the Calendar tab.
Log activity
Each lead's Activity timeline auto-records status/owner/edits with who + when. Use Add a note for timestamped notes.
Tag LinkedIn engagement
Every lead starts None (not yet reviewed). Set how warm they are: Passive (connected only), Active (you like / comment / DM), Relationship (real two-way). Change it inline in the table's Engagement column or in the drawer — setting any real level moves a lead still in New into the Engagement stage.
Set Market & Core product
Auto-classified from the company (e.g. Dexcom → Diabetes / CGM, iRhythm → Cardiac Rhythm / ECG Patch). Edit either field per lead in the drawer; new/imported leads classify automatically.
Spot shared connections
When more than one of you knows a lead, an ◆ Also known by marker appears on the row, pipeline card, and drawer — a warmer, multi-founder intro.
Filter on multiple values
Every filter dropdown is multi-select — tick as many as you want (owner, title / position, sector, segment, market, engagement, status, campaign, origin). Logic is OR within a filter, AND across filters. Long lists (like titles) have a search box inside the dropdown; the free-text Search and position boxes still work too.
Clear filters
✕ Clear filters resets every dropdown, the search box, position filter and “My leads”. Sort stays where it is.
Save a view
Set any filters + search + sort, then ★ Views → Save current filters…, name it, and choose Shared (whole team) or Private (just you). Re-apply any saved view in one click.
Share or unshare a view
Under ★ Views, your own views show Share / Unshare and delete. Shared views appear for everyone live (under “Shared by the team”, labelled with who shared them); private views follow you across devices.
